Because many of our items are freshly prepared or perishable, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

Report an Issue

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear details of the issue. We may request photographs where appropriate.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the method and processing time will be communicated to you based on the original payment method and circumstances.
